This week sees Alpesh make his Spanish debut with the Palau de les Arts in Valencia, where he will be conducting Puccini's dark fairytale Turandot. The performances will be dedicated to celebrated Spanish singer Montserrat Caballé, who sadly passed away on the 6 October. President of the Palau de les Arts Board, Susana Lloret commented:
"Les Arts wants to honor "La Superba", who was a sublime performer of the role of Liù and an excellent Turandot..."
